Rooms To Go To Open Warehouse and Retail Outlet at Cedar Farms

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee and Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bob Rolfe announced today that Rooms To Go will establish new operations at Cedar Farms.

RETAIL CHAIN CREATES 200 JOBS, GOBBLES UP RECORD-SETTING BUILDING 

A furniture retail chain is creating 200 jobs in Tennessee's fastest-growing county, and doing so by leasing a massive building that claims a certain distinction in the region's industrial development market.

Rooms To Go, headquartered in Florida, is investing $69 million in Lebanon, according to a state news release issued Thursday. The company will be operational by year's end at a 902,000-square-foot warehouse at the Cedar Farms development in Wilson County, off I-840.  Rooms To Go will use about 5% of the space for its first outlet store in Tennessee.

About The Project

Al. Neyer partnered with New York Life Real Estate Investors on two speculative Class A bulk industrial buildings totaling 1.5 million SF.
