Supporting Cincinnati Children’s expansion with more office space

Cincinnati Children’s expanded its office space with the development of Offices @ Vernon Place. While building over an active parking garage, operations continued smoothly. The project was a collaboration with investment groups REEAAL and Jade IV LLC and is 67% minority-owned.
