Setting Silco up in its next chapter of growth

Silco Fire & Security partnered with us to develop and build its headquarters in Evendale, OH. Completed in summer 2021, the facility houses both office and warehouse operations and provides the opportunity to add 48 jobs to the community. Our teams had previously partnered on the company’s original facility in the late 1990s.
