Live entertainment campus lands in Music City

Rock Nashville, a 515,000 SF rehearsal and production campus located less than 10 miles from Downtown Nashville, is set to open in 2025. Developed in partnership with Rock Lititz, this state-of-the-art facility is designed to support the live entertainment industry and foster a community that attracts top-tier tenants like Soundcheck and Clair Global, as well as over 30 other industry vendors. The facility will offer premier sound stages, studios, and production spaces.
