After helping REI Co-Op select the optimal site in Lebanon, TN its newest distribution center, our team designed and built the facility that focuses on cutting-edge sustainability and technology. The strong collaboration between our team and REI was a testament to how we do business. This facility offers an enhanced employee experience for its 280 employees, boosts shipping efficiency, and reinforces REI’s commitment to conservation and community. 

Achieving LEED Platinum certification, it stands as the first industrial facility of its kind in Tennessee and the largest in the Southeast and has won several industry awards for raising the bar in innovative, sustainable design centered on the wellbeing of the people who work there.
