Building on our multi-decade investment in the Pittsburgh Airport Corridor, Pepsico Beverages North America’s (Pepsi’s) space at Northfield IV was designed to support the Greater Pittsburgh market to distribute up to 10 million cases annually. Our team proudly delivered the facility ahead of schedule.

The 150,000 SF distribution and satellite warehouse in Coraopolis, PA, enhances operations and reinforces the company’s 65-year presence in the Pittsburgh region. Designed for growth, the facility supports 275 employees relocated from the McKees Rocks location, with capacity for future expansion to 300 employees and an additional 32,000 square feet.
