Luxottica’s new HQ to foster growth and community for over 1,000 employees

Luxottica Retail, known for brands like LensCrafters and Sunglass Hut, turned to us to build its headquarters which supports over 1,000 employees. With features like a fitness center, outdoor plaza, and walking trails, the space fosters a comfortable, employee-focused environment. After this project completed, we later partnered on a 124,000 SF expansion.
