An exciting transformation for residents in Covington

The Hayden now occupies the former Kenton County Administration Building and jail in Covington, KY. After stripping the building to its core and adding two new floors, we transformed the property to offer luxury apartments and ground-floor retail.

This adaptive reuse project, completed in early 2023, came to life through a strong partnership between Urban Sites, the City of Covington, Kenton County, and the local school board.
