Our design-build team is under construction with Jackson Distribution Center in Jackson Township, PA.

From the Pittsburgh Business Times:

Construction is underway on the Jackson Distribution Center, which is being built by Cincinnati-based Al. Neyer. In addition, there is a tenant in place to take 60,000 square feet in the 220,000 square foot development.

Originally announced in 2017 and expected to cost in the range of $14 million, the new distribution facility is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter after construction began on it last month.

Nobody directly involved with the project would divulge who the first tenant will be, but Jackson Township Manager Chris Rearick confirmed the company is Victory Packaging, a distribution firm with locations throughout North America.

About The Project

Situated directly adjacent to I-79 and near a major FedEx facility, Jackson Distribution Center allows convenient access to the key thoroughfare for distribution north and south of Pittsburgh.

Jackson Distribution Center is a joint venture between Al. Neyer and Bell Properties and answers the growing need for distribution space in Western Pennsylvania, just north of the heart of Pittsburgh.

The 220,000 SF precast structure will offer 32′ clearance and 22 dock doors. Construction commenced in April 2019 with the execution of a 60,000 SF lease to Victory Packaging. The project is on the fast track to reach a fall 2019 completion.
