Al. Neyer's development at the Clinton Commerce Center will soon welcome two new additions that intend to help meet Western Pennsylvania's critical need for industrial space. Crews at the Findlay Township site are constructing two new warehouses that will add around 270,000 SF of flexible warehouse and distribution space within one mile west of the Pittsburgh International Airport.

Clinton III will offer 202,817 SF with 32' clearance and up to 50 loading bays. Plans for Clinton VII include 66,387 SF, 28' clearance and up to 30 loading bays. Both Sweeney Drive projects complement Al. Neyer's industrial campus development with two existing buildings totaling 563,200 SF. The newest additions are on track for a springtime 2019 completion.

The Clinton Commerce Center has prime positioning with easy access to I-376, Route 576, and Route 22, allowing industrial users to take advantage of the rapid growth expected in Western Pennsylvania for the foreseeable future.
