"At least two large office users have shown interest in being part of the Al Neyer-led redevelopment of the former Blue Ash Airport property.
Dan Ruh, senior vice president of development for downtown-based Al Neyer, said the developers are talking to two companies that could be a fit for the planned headquarters building in the first phase of the development dubbed Gateway Village. While Ruh could not discuss details about the users, he said one of the prospective tenants would need about 400,000 square feet of space while the other office user would need about 200,000 square feet of space.
...While Blue Ash has a lot of class A office space, Ruh said demand has changed.
“It’s still class A product, but it’s not the future of class A office product,” he said. “Employers are catering to the live, work, play environment.”
