The Christ Hospital is planning to bring its brand of healthcare services to more people on the east side of Greater Cincinnati.
The healthcare system has launched efforts to build a 15,000 SF medical office building in Miami Township, Clermont County.
More from the Cincinnati Business Courier.
"The new facility will house primary care physicians, family medicine, specialty physician office space, a laboratory draw site and a physical/occupational therapy suite, said Debbie Hayes, chief operating officer of the Mount Auburn-based Christ Hospital Health Network.
The new building will have six full-time providers on site as well as a pre-admissions testing lab, a physical therapy suite, primary care and a flexible specialty practice suite.
“This neighborhood location is a key part of our strategy to make care more accessible by bringing health care services into the communities where our patients live,” Hayes said.
Christ Hospital collaborated with Miami Township and Clermont County to select the 2-acre site.
The hospital, which is developing the property with commercial real estate specialist Schuermann Properties of Anderson Township and Al Neyer Inc. of downtown Cincinnati, will lease the building."
