People in the Dayton area will have more convenient access to healthcare thanks to four new Premier Health medical office buildings that will offer primary care.

Premier selected Al. Neyer to develop and design-build healthcare facilities in Vandalia, Beavercreek, Liberty, and Monroe, Ohio. Partners broke ground on the Vandalia site in October, and another will commence this month in Beavercreek. The Liberty and Monroe projects are nearing completion and expect to open this month. The projects are part of Premier Health’s plan to increase its presence to the north and south of Dayton.

The 45,000 SF Vandalia and Beavercreek locations will offer similar layouts, housing both primary and specialty care. They will include services such as orthopedics, cardiology, rheumatology, and endocrinology. Specialty x-ray equipment and laboratory services will also be on site.

The four new locations will be staffed by 150 employees, a quarter of which represent new positions. Premier Health’s goal is to fulfill an unmet suburban need and allow patients to get primary care services at a location closer to home.

Construction will start on the Vandalia and Beavercreek locations this month and is planned to be completed by October 2019.
