Pittsburgh Market Leader, Brandon Snyder, named one of the region’s most influential business leaders
The Pittsburgh Business Times announced their final installment of 2022 Power 100 leaders, with Al. Neyer's own Pittsburgh market leader, Brandon Snyder, as an honoree.
From Pittsburgh Business Times:
This year marks the third annual compilation of power players who are making an impact on the region, defining it and moving it forward. Those chosen for this year’s list all played key roles in 2021 with helping the region continue to navigate challenges from the Covid-19 pandemic and related impacts.
Brandon Snyder, Vice president and Pittsburgh market leader, Al. Neyer
When Cincinnati-based Al. Neyer chose him to lead the Pittsburgh office at the end of 2020, Brandon Snyder seemed as natural a choice for the job as the company’s growing presence appeared to be. A one-time Grubb & Ellis guy who also worked for Avison Young, Snyder worked most in industrial leasing, a development type that has been the company’s bread and butter in western Pennsylvania, where it has been putting up more square footage of in-demand industrial space than just about anyone and landing lots of major companies in the process. Snyder and Al. Neyer expect to continue building industrial space near Pittsburgh International Airport, not only with the 2.3 million-square-foot Clinton Commerce Park, but also the new SkyView Business Park, along with other projects in Butler and Westmoreland counties.
