"Hillwood, a Ross Perot Jr. company, and downtown Cincinnati-based Al Neyer purchased 49 acres in Hebron to build a huge speculative development at the Hebron Logistics Center on Litton Lane.

The joint venture between Dallas-based Hillwood and Al Neyer will build two speculative industrial buildings measuring more than 589,000 square feet and nearly 209,500 square feet, respectively. This marks Hillwood’s second development in Greater Cincinnati following its project with Dermody Properties where it was a capital partner.

Dan Ruh, senior vice president of real estate development for Al Neyer, said this development offers “tremendous opportunity” to a number of industries."
