Pella Windows & Doors distributor Gunton Corporation has grown its offerings near Pittsburgh thanks to a new building by Al. Neyer.

The Pella franchise was serving the residential market with windows, doors and other building supplies with two different facilities in Cranberry Township. A showroom offered a space for design and planning services while a leased warehouse was used for custom fabrication, finishes and installation.

The distributor selected Al. Neyer because of the design/builder's experience with industrial spaces and tilt-up construction. Neyer created a new space that consolidated services and also allowed the Pella franchise to offer architectural glass and glazing systems to commercial customers.

Neyer's designers took into account Pella's needs and created an open space that allows homeowners and contractors to view and select custom products. The new industrial building also includes a training center, ensuring all team members are educated on the latest products and industry best practices.

The new industrial space allows the Cleveland-based business to operate more efficiently by combining customer service, sales, training, distribution, custom fabrications in a central location.
