"Two new office buildings are planned to be built at the Oakley Station mixed-use project in Cincinnati.

Al. Neyer and Vandercar Holdings are co-developing up to 400,000 square feet of space at the Offices of Oakley Station as part of the 74-acre retail and residential development east of Interstate 71 and Ridge Road. The buildings would be connected by a skywalk and developers say they have the ability to accommodate a large officer tenant with five spaces per 1,000 square feet.
