This spring proves to be a busy one for the entire Al. Neyer team. This season marked our exciting transition to an ESOP, or an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. After 120 years as a family-owned business, we have broadened ownership to all full-time employees. We are thrilled to celebrate a sixth generation of ownership at Al. Neyer, something that we've dubbed internally as "G6."

Effective April 1, this transition offers an additional employee retirement benefit to our employees that is similar to a profit-sharing plan, but designed to invest primarily in company stock. I am very excited our company has an additional way to reward employees for their commitment to Al. Neyer.

Our conversion to an ESOP ensures the company will remain independent and competitive in Cincinnati, Pittsburgh and beyond for generations to come.

Operations and management at Al. Neyer will remain the same, with the executive team continuing to provide leadership for the real estate development and design/build firm.
