New Healthcare Project Underway in Anderson

Rendering of a professional center with brick, stone, and glass facade, parking lot, and trees

Despite the unpredictable winter weather, construction crews are not wasting any time building a new medical facility in the Cincinnati suburb of Anderson Township. The project will include space for Cincinnati GI, one of the largest physician groups in the region.

Cincinnati GI's newest endoscopy center will occupy the first floor of the 42,000 SF building, allowing more patients on the east side of Greater Cincinnati to access the latest advances in gastrointestinal health. The building is perfectly positioned at the intersection of Beechmont Avenue and Wolfangel Road, offering tenants great visibility, convenient access, and modern amenities.

Cincinnati GI offers a variety of procedures including colonoscopies and upper endoscopies. The firm maintains other offices in Batavia, Blue Ash, Green Township, Mason and Norwood.

The second floor is available for lease; Scott Abernethy and Digger Dailey of Cushman & Wakefield are listing the development for Al. Neyer.

Crews anticipate completing this project in late 2016.
