President and CEO Molly North recently took on a new leadership role at the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.

As one of the largest regional chambers in the country, the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber includes 4,000 member-businesses. The organization provides helpful professional development programs, government advocacy, regional vision and collaboration, money-saving benefit programs, as well as hosting festivals and events for the community.

The Chamber recently partnered with the Cincinnati Business Courier and held the inaugural CLIMB awards to honor individuals and organizations in Greater Cincinnati who have helped the region achieve greater heights of success through building a diverse workforce, championing equitable practices and developing inclusive cultures. The Al. Neyer team was humbled to have been recognized in this important initiative with partners Laura Brunner of The Port, and minority investors Ed Rigaud of REEAAL, Inc., and Albert Smitherman of Jade IV, Inc.

Molly leads by example in taking ownership by giving back to the community as she kicks off her two-year term as the board chair with the Chamber. Read more about why this is a Core Value for our company here.
