Al. Neyer’s design-build team is hard at work on the beginning stages of construction on a speculative modern office project in Marshall Township, outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Modern Design

Innovation Pointe, a speculative three-story office building, will feature a back-patio that overlooks a densely forested section of the office park, modern floor-to-ceiling windows, curtain wall construction, and large open 30,000 SF floor plates. Al. Neyer is providing design-build services and expects construction to be completed in Q4 2019.

Going Green

The office development will be part of Innovation Ridge, a 223-acre advanced technology and office park. With half of its space dedicated to green space and walking paths, the office park has been designed to incorporate the natural environment as much as possible. This emphasis is reflected in the architectural design of Innovation Pointe and will position the building as an attractive option to the modern office user. Designed with energy efficient features, the office is poised to earn a LEED certification upon completion.

Tom MacDonald of Newark Knight Frank is handling the building’s leasing. For more information about Al. Neyer’s development and design-build experience with Class A office projects, connect with Pittsburgh’s regional market leaders here.
