Office Tenants Tap Nashville Design-Build Team for TI Projects

Coworking firm Spaces, a subsidiary of the largest flexible office provider in the world Regus, opened its doors on the first and second floors of Mallory Green last month. Al. Neyer’s design-build team completed the Tenant Improvement work for the modern, welcoming, 43,000-SF space.

Additionally, Al. Neyer and partner New York Life Real Estate Investors are gearing up for more new faces at the 178,000 SF office development in Franklin, TN. The five-story building, a project in which Al. Neyer served as developer and design-builder, will soon welcome two new tenants.

Professional technology services firm Talestry has leased 2,526 SF of space on the second floor, and third-party logistics and supply chain management provider C.H. Robinson has leased 6,561 SF of space on the first floor. Al. Neyer’s design-build team has begun the build-out for C.H. Robinson and expects the TI project to be complete by June of 2019.
