Lighting The Way For More Residential Space in Clifton
Al. Neyer is building more than 100 luxury apartments for client Gaslight Property. The development, called Gaslight Manor, is in the 3200 block of Whitfield Avenue and close to the University of Cincinnati and nearby hospitals. The 117 apartments will feature configurations including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans.
Gaslight Manor is created with young professionals and empty nesters in mind. Both demographics are seeking rental property in urban areas as an alternative to home ownership in suburban communities. The apartments will have high-end finishes including hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and stone countertops.
The development will offer tenants a blend of covered and surface parking, as well as storage space for bicycles, a lawn, and exercise facility.
Construction began at the beginning of the year and is expected to take at least a year. Gaslight Property anticipates first tenants will take occupancy in March of 2016.
