"Jim Neyer, principal and executive vice president of real estate for Al. Neyer, received the prestigious Impact Award. In addition to his role with Al Neyer, Jim Neyer is an active member of both the local and national NAIOP chapters. In those roles, he has helped members save millions of dollars, said Cincinnati NAIOP chapter president Josh Gerth.
