Former A‑Game Developer Pursues New Cool Springs Project

Rob Gage, vice president of real estate development with Al. Neyer's Nashville office, said plans include a five-story, 175,000 square foot Class A office building and two hotels in the project's first phase. Al. Neyer is in the process of filing planning documents with the city of Franklin, Gage said.
"We’re very excited about the market," Gage said. "There is a lack of supply (in the area) especially when 99 percent is already occupied ... What little supply is being built, it’s mostly already all leased."
