Al. Neyer's team is eager to raise a glass and toast to another completed project. Crews are finishing construction of MadTree Brewing Company's new brewery in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Oakley. The project is expected to be complete in early February.

The 50,000 SF brewery will include a 100-barrel brew house, a taproom with 64 taps, and a 10,000 SF outdoor beer garden on a five acre site. The project also includes an expanded Catch-A-Fire Pizza Cafe, two event spaces, and staff office space. Construction of the new brewing facility began in mid-May at the former Rock Tenn manufacturing facility on Madison in Oakley. The new location is about a mile away from MadTree's original site on Kennedy Avenue in Columbia Township.

Al. Neyer's design-build team was able to preserve several original elements at the site including a Quonset hut and other brick structures. Those features have been integrated into the newly redesigned space.

MadTree is celebrating its grand opening with a Winter Bonanza on February 11.
