Driving Growth For Murphy Tractor

The Pittsburgh area is getting a new source for construction equipment thanks in part to the Al. Neyer team. Our group is developing, designing and building a new 45,000 sf space for Murphy Tractor & Equipment Company in Jackson Township, Butler County. Murphy Tractor is one of John Deere's largest North American construction dealer organizations.

The office, shop and warehouse facility will offer full-service sales, rental, service and repair of John Deere construction equipment. The project, which includes a six-acre paved equipment yard, has easy access to Interstate 79 and Route 19.

The project features pre-cast concrete tilt load-bearing walls and a structural steel framing system with overhead cranes, allowing merchandise to be moved around more easily.

The project represents a $10 million investment.

Al. Neyer's design team began work in May, and the site excavation began in July. Construction crews are scheduled to begin in September and have a target delivery date of March 2016.

Murphy Tractor is headquartered in Park City, Kansas and has nearly 30 locations in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Each location has a full complement of equipment and parts inventories, service technicians and field service capabilities.
