Al. Neyer's Pittsburgh team is working to develop, design and build a flexible distribution space that aims to meet Western Pennsylvania's tight industrial market.

The Clinton Commerce Center, completed in two phases, takes advantage of a key location in close proximity to the Pittsburgh International Airport, Interstate 376, and the planned I-576 Southern Beltway. The Class A facility will be built on 34 acres just 25 minutes away from Downtown Pittsburgh.

Phase I includes 252,000 sq. ft. of distribution/light manufacturing space on 18.5 acres, and Phase II will include 215,000 sq. ft. of space on 15.4 acres. The facilities will have 32’ clear ceiling height, 60 potential dock doors, and parking to accommodate 181 vehicles.

Kim Clackson's team at CBRE is representing the project for lease. Al. Neyer anticipates completing the project available for occupancy by the end of the second quarter of 2016.

More information about the project is available here.
