Cincinnati Panel OKs Development in 12 Neighborhoods

"Real estate projects in 12 Cincinnati neighborhoods got the green light to move forward after a city panel's meeting Friday.
In all, 15 items appeared on the Cincinnati Planning Commission's larger-than-normal agenda with City Council's summer recess looming. Items not approved by council before the panel's final session will have to wait until members are reconvened in late summer or early fall.
Here's what the panel approved in a more than three-hour meeting Friday...."
"Selling a half-acre of city-owned land at Alamo Avenue and Mill Ridge Road in Oakley to Al. Neyer Inc. and Vandercar LLC. The real estate companies want to support the expansion of the Oakley Pointe Office Park, which is expected to feature the new headquarters for CinFed Credit Union."
