"A Cincinnati manufacturer is planning to build a huge expansion in the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority’s TechSolve II business park.
Jet Machine & Manufacturing Co. plans to purchase 8.5 acres of land from the Port and build a 105,000-square-foot facility in the Roselawn business park.
Jet Machine is working with downtown-based Al Neyer to build its new facility. Wulfeck said he was attracted to Al Neyer because of the company’s design-build capabilities.
The new facility will include 6,000 square feet of office space, with the remaining 99,000 square feet for light assembly and distribution. Wulfeck said Jet Machine wanted the additional space nearby because it is currently leasing space in Butler County for staging finished product and wanted to move that closer to its existing operations."
