Christ Hospital opens East Side medical center

Christ Hospital has opened an outpatient medical center at 1171 State Route 28 in Clermont County’s Miami Township, which focuses on primary care as well as specialty services such as obstetrics/gynecology. Al. Neyer developed the Miami Township MOB with commercial real estate specialist Schuermann Properties of Anderson Township.

"Christ Hospital has opened an outpatient medical center in Clermont County’s Miami Township, which focuses on primary care but will soon offer specialty services such as obstetrics/gynecology.

The center at 1171 State Route 28 also offers lab/testing services and physical therapy.

The services to be launched in October include not only OB/GYN but also urogynecology as well as diabetes and endocrinology.

The center, which encompasses 15,000 square feet, includes 24 exam rooms, treatment rooms, and care coordination and clinical offices.

Primary care providers include Dr. John Capurro, Dr. Mary Mattern (including pediatrics), Dr. Sally Nau and Dr. Mark Robinson.

Specialty providers include Dr. Valerie Allen (OB/GYN); Dr. Joseph Caligaris (OB/GYN), Dr. Michael Karram (urogynecology), certified nurse practitioner Sarah Foster (diabetes & endocrinology) and Dr. Meenakshi Iyer (diabetes & endocrinology).

Christ Hospital didn’t disclose the cost, but I previously reported that a project of similar size cost $3.5 million.

The hospital's only cost was for the interior because Christ developed the property with commercial real estate specialist Schuermann Properties of Anderson Township and Al Neyer LLC of downtown Cincinnati. WA Architects of downtown Cincinnati handled the design."
