Al. Neyer CEO Molly North believes in the power of persistence
From the Cincinnati Business Courier:
AL. NEYER CEO MOLLY NORTH BELIEVES IN THE POWER OF PERSISTENCE
Molly North didn’t start in commercial real estate development but making the move into that industry has been her best business decision yet.
North is president and chief executive officer of Al Neyer, the downtown-based developer and design/builder that has been active in the region for more than 125 years. Al Neyer ranks as the region’s fifth-largest developer with a local portfolio of 3.1 million square feet of space.
Even before the novel coronavirus pandemic hit, Al Neyer saw a significant shift in the way people purchase products. More people were buying items through e-commerce, a trend that only accelerated with Covid-19.
Within the past five years, Al Neyer has developed close to 6 million square feet of industrial space in Northern Kentucky, with plans to develop more. It’s also putting up industrial product in its three other active markets — Pittsburgh, Raleigh and Nashville.
