"Many of Cincinnati’s 52 neighborhoods are seeing new investments, but few compare to the scale currently seen in Oakley. More than $110 million worth of investments have been made in Oakley since 2012. So far, the investment at Oakley Station, a 74-acre mixed-use development near Interstate 71, is more than $80 million. This includes a Cinemark theater, Flaherty & Collins’ 300-apartment Boulevard at Oakley Station, the region’s largest Kroger Marketplace and other retailers.

At least $75 million worth of projects are underway or about to start in Oakley this year.

Al Neyer is playing a major role in a number of the developments taking place in Oakley. In addition to the work on MadTree, it’s co-developing the Offices at Oakley Station with Smyjunas’ Vandercar Holdings, building the new office for Anthem and building CinFed’s new headquarters at Oakley Pointe, another development Al Neyer and Vandercar are partnering on."
