Al. Neyer’s Team Continues Growth

As Al. Neyer continues to grow, it is important to recruit and promote talent that will help see us into our next phase of expansion. As such, we’re excited to announce the hiring of Stephanie Gaither as SVP and chief financial officer and the promotion of Matt Blankenship to executive vice president of design-build.

Stephanie started her career at Fifth Third Bank before moving to Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC). As their chief financial officer, Stephanie planned the formation and execution of highly complex financing structures for redevelopment projects. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, Stephanie’s excellent leadership and analytical skills will further Al. Neyer’s growth.

Matt started at Al. Neyer in 2005 and has been an essential member of the team, contributing to projects in Pittsburgh and Cincinnati producing more than 30 million square feet of mixed-use, office, health care, and industrial projects. Matt brings leadership skills and practical knowledge to every project that ensures the project team is communicating, coordinated, and running safely.
