Construction of the 110-acre office, residential, and retail destination next to Summit Park in Blue Ash is finally underway. The monumental groundbreaking took place on June 7 with Blue Ash Mayor Lee Czerwonka and co-developer Vandercar Holdings joining Al. Neyer to celebrate the moment.

The Neighborhoods at Summit Park will combine Class A office, two national-brand hotels, dining and retail, luxury apartments, single-family homes, and senior living within four distinct neighborhoods. Al. Neyer is working with Vandercar as co-master developers for the project, and partners M/I Homes and The Fortus Group will develop the single family and multi-unit residential portions.

The vision for the development is to connect all phases of life where each can live, work, and play. The project intends to bring a sense of urban walkability to one of Cincinnati’s greatest suburban communities nearly 20 miles north of Cincinnati’s city center.

M/I Homes is swiftly making progress on the 104-home portion of the community. The remaining 98 acres of land is still in its first phase of development as the old runway is removed.
