Al. Neyer turns former Kenton County jail into luxury apartment building

Al. Neyer and development partner Urban Sites recently hosted a hard hat tour of The Hayden with the Covington Business Council. This newly developed mixed-use building stands where the Kenton County Administration building and former Kenton County jailhouse were once located.

Real estate developer Al. Neyer led a hard hat tour last week of the 144,000 square foot apartment building that was once the former Kenton County jail.

Al. Neyer has partnered with Urban Sites on the redevelopment of the former Kenton County Administration Building and jail at 103 E 3rd Street in Covington into a 133-unit luxury apartment building and 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Developers hope to move the first wave of tenants into the building spring of 2023.
