"One of the newest players in Nashville's real estate market is the suitor for the A-Game Sportsplex property in Franklin.
Cincinnati-based developer and design-builder Al. Neyer plans to convert the 175,000-square-foot building into office space.
'We anticipate that the project is going to cost somewhere between $33 million and $36 million,' said Katy Crossen, spokeswoman for the 121-year-old, employee-owned firm". - The Tennessean (more)
