The $48 million dollar Cool Springs Technology Center intends to convert a 175,000 sports facility into open office space for nearly 1,000 workers and the potential home for a corporate headquarters.

The Nashville office market is experiencing very tight demand, and the market is responding with rising rental rates and fewer vacancies.

Cool Springs Technology Center will offer great convenience to its tenants, what with its close proximity to Interstate 64 and US 31. Downtown Nashville is only 18 miles away, Brentwood eight miles, and Franklin four miles.
