Al. Neyer Reveals Major Industrial Project in Nashville
From the Nashville Business Journal:
"Construction is imminent for what will be one of the biggest industrial buildings in Greater Nashville, which could hold hundreds of workers and potentially attract more e-commerce business to the region.
Cincinnati-based developer Al. Neyer will create a 902,000-square-foot building in Lebanon without tenants in hand, and lay the foundation for another 600,000-square-foot building next door. New York Life Real Estate is providing the equity and debt necessary for that $52 million first phase of the project.
"This prime location offers access to three interstates and 39 million people within 300 miles of Nashville, known as the consumption zone for same-day and next-day delivery. We see the industrial tenants in the vicinity – Nissan, Apple, Amazon – and we know we can provide a similar user with a prime location and the scale of size e-commerce needs to grow its business," Rob Gage, a vice president of development at Al. Neyer and the company's local leader."
