Al. Neyer Recognized With Top Honors

The team at Al. Neyer is celebrating some recent recognitions that highlight the company’s strong employee culture and business achievement.

In early October, Al. Neyer was yet again named a part of the Deloitte Cincinnati USA 100. Al. Neyer placed at 73 this year, a 21-spot jump from 2016. The list ranks the top 100 companies by revenue, as determined by a voluntarily submitted qualification form. Overall, the companies included in the top 100 generate more than $36 billion in revenue.

In addition to the Deloitte 100 ranking, Al. Neyer was also named a finalist for the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work award. The Best Places to Work honor is awarded to companies based off of their score from surveyed employees on categories such as senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition, and benefits. Al. Neyer, along with 75 other finalists, will fill Xavier University’s Cintas Center on November 8 for a pep rally to announce the winners.

And Al. Neyer's corporate board leadership has garnered some recognition, too. Board Chairman Chip Nielsen was honored with the Cincinnati Business Courier's Outstanding Director Award for a private company. Chip has served on Al. Neyer's board for 10 years, and also served as the company's president and CEO prior to Molly North's appointment in 2015. Chip is currently the president, CEO, and co-owner of Doscher's Candies, a 146-year-old candy manufacturer for which Al. Neyer is completing a corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Newtown, Ohio.
