Al. Neyer ramping up another new project in Westmoreland County

Al. Neyer has reached an agreement to build an additional industrial site at Westmoreland Technology Park II.

Al. Neyer is teeing up another new industrial development in Westmoreland County.

The company has put a site under option with the Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corp. for a 150,000-square-foot facility, expected to offer flex and distribution space.

That's according to an announcement by the WCIDC, for which the board of directors approved the option agreement to sell a nearly 15-acre site at the Westmoreland Technology Park II.

The option on the property is for six months and the sales price is for $887,400 for a site in a business park that spans between the Westmoreland County communities of Hempfield and East Huntingdon.

The site is across the street from where Al. Neyer is currently building another 150,000-square-foot facility.

The company is also building out a 250,000-square-foot facility at Westmoreland's Commerce Crossing.
