Al. Neyer plans luxury apartments in Hendersonville
OHIO DEVELOPER PLANS LUXURY APARTMENTS IN HENDERSONVILLE, TENNESSEE
From Nashville Business Journal:
Hendersonville is about to see its first new multifamily development in six years.
The development, which will add 247 new apartments to the community, is being built by Al. Neyer LLC, a commercial development firm based in Cincinnati, Ohio. The 8.8-acre project will feature one- and two-bedroom units in two four-story buildings, and will be constructed at 259B Saundersville Road, in the Indian Lake Village area. Residents will have access to a fitness center, yoga studio, coffee bar, dog park and other amenities, according to a news release.
The project was approved by the city's Board of Mayor and Alderman earlier this month. Construction is expected to start in May 2022 and last two years.
“We are thrilled to be able to develop a high-quality, luxury apartment community, in the well-developed Indian Lake Village area,” Patrick Poole, vice president and Nashville market leader at Al. Neyer said in the release. “The current supply of high-quality residences in this suburb of Nashville does not meet the demand of the growing population seeking access to great local amenities, Old Hickory Lake, and easy travel to Downtown Nashville. This project provides a unique opportunity to develop a suburban multi-family project that has walkable shopping, dining, and adjacent bike trails. We’re really looking forward to seeing this project come to life and play a part in the growth of this vibrant and sustainable community.”
As part of the development Al. Neyer will provide traffic improvements to intersections surrounding the community and improved access to the Hendersonville Greenway via a new trailhead.
The project marks Al. Neyer’s second contribution to Hendersonville, having previously constructed Vanderbilt Health Hendersonville on North Anderson Lane for Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
