For the fourth year in a row, Al. Neyer was recognized as a Cincinnati Business Courier's Best Places to Work Finalist.  Al. Neyer was a winner of Best Places to Work in 2016 and named a finalist in 2017 and 2018. Employees at Al. Neyer and other participating companies were surveyed and ranked by an independent third party, Quantum Workplace. Companies were scored on results measuring senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition, and benefits. The finalist companies are those that rated the highest in one of five size categories. Al. Neyer executives credit this recognition to the strong company culture and internal and external focus on our core values - as well as the Employee Stock Ownership Plan, or ESOP.

From the Cincinnati Business Courier:

The Business Courier has named the finalists for its 2019 Best Places to Work awards. The program recognizes companies and organizations in Greater Cincinnati that are changing the business landscape in terms of employee engagement.

Companies were then scored in areas such as senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition and benefits. The finalist companies are those that rated highest in one of five size categories: 10 to 24 employees, 25 to 49 employees, 50 to 99 employees, 100 to 199 employees and 200 or more employees.
