Al. Neyer is in the final planning stages for Aero Commerce Center, a bulk distribution facility on Aero Parkway, directly across from Amazon’s new Prime Air Hub development. The Amazon Prime Air Hub, reportedly a $1.4 billion investment, is being built on the south end of the Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport.

High Demand in Market

As developers race to keep up with demand for industrial space in the market, Aero Commerce Center brings over 1 million square feet of speculative bulk distribution product to the NKY/Airport submarket. The $65 million facility, located on 55 acres at the corner of KY-18 and Aero Parkway in Burlington, Kentucky, includes 419 parking spaces, 196 trailer parking stalls, and a clear height of 40-feet.  It shares three curb-cuts with Amazon’s almost 700-acre project.

Making History

Al. Neyer will serve as the developer and design-builder for the development and plans to start construction following final zoning approval which is anticipated early Q2 of 2019. This project marks Al. Neyer’s largest single industrial building in its 125-year history.
