8th and Sycamore Shows Its Colors
Al. Neyer crews are moving along with the 133 unit luxury apartment and retail project in the heart of Cincinnati’s booming Downtown district. The building features an unusual exterior that changes color based on your vantage point.
The mixed-use development will be a unique addition to the city skyline with its corrugated color changing façade. The siding is a Centria Concept and Intercept Series aluminum panel which has a special “Kolorshift” coating of dusty rose. The building’s appearance is drastically different depending on which angle you are viewing it from and how the light is shining.
Aside from the changing exterior, other amenities are also well under way. 25 of the 133 residential units are completed with keys handed over to the owner. Crews are finishing touches on units as high as level 9 with more completions each week. The 17-story building’s amenities such as a club room, fitness center, pool, and sun deck are nearing their finish as well. North American Properties and NorthPointe Group are developing the residential portion of the project, and Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation is developing the structured parking and retail space. The mixed use development is targeted for completion in December.
