Al. Neyer's design-build team is partnering with a Denver-based firm to build 1118 Sycamore, a $40 million mixed-use project in the Pendleton neighborhood in downtown Cincinnati.

AL. NEYER TO BUILD $40M PENDLETON PROJECT
Charles Street Development Co. has selected Al Neyer to build a $40 million mixed-use project in Pendleton.
The mixed-use project, located at 1118 Sycamore St., will be the largest residential complex in Pendleton when it is complete. Chuck Howell, vice president of construction and asset management with Charles Street Development, said the Denver-based firm spent a few years looking across the country to find neighborhoods that fit its criteria.
“We like to find up-and-coming neighborhoods, cool places to live that have great retail,” Howell told me.
About two years ago, the Over-the-Rhine/Pendleton area popped up on Charles Street Development’s radar. The team immediately started looking for a suitable site for an infill, mixed-use development.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
1118 Sycamore, located at the corner of 12th and Sycamore, provides a pivotal project opportunity in the Pendleton neighborhood in downtown Cincinnati.
