Ipsos North America Renews Lease in Columbia Square

One of the largest market research firms in Greater Cincinnati has renewed its lease in Columbia Tusculum.
Ipsos North America, a global survey-based market research company, renewed its lease in Columbia Square, located at 3505 Columbia Parkway. The firm signed a long-term renewal for two floors in the building totaling about 33,000 square feet.
Columbia Square is a $22 million mixed-use development, which includes a 48,000-square-foot office building and several retail spaces. It was developed by Al Neyer. - Tom Demeropolis, Cincinnati Business Courier
