Molly North

As CEO of Merus, Molly North is known for her ability to bring people together and drive results. She leads the company’s strategic vision, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and excellence that continues to propel Merus forward.

Since becoming CEO in 2015, Molly has played a key role in Merus’ transition to 100% employee ownership, strengthening the company’s foundation for long-term success. Before stepping into this role, she served as CFO and Real Estate Development Director. She has also been a board member of INDUS Realty Trust since 2020 and previously held finance and accounting roles at Fifth Third Bank and Ernst & Young, working in both Cincinnati and Zurich.

Deeply committed to her community, Molly serves as President of the Cincinnati Park Board and sits on the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner Executive Cabinet. She has held board leadership positions with the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, Corporation for Findlay Market, and ArtWorks. She is also an active member of YPO, the Commonwealth Club, and the Cincinnati Women’s Executive Forum.

A recognized leader in both business and the community, Molly was named a 2021 Cincinnati Enquirer Top Workplace Leader and a 2019 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. She has been inducted into the Midwest Real Estate News Magazine Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame and honored as a YWCA Career Women of Achievement, Cincinnati Business Courier’s Women Who Mean Business and Forty Under 40. She is a member of Leadership Cincinnati Class 39.
