Ken Berling

Ken Berling leads our projects in Middle Tennessee and has been a fundamental part of our team for nearly two decades. He started with us in 2005 as a co-op and quickly grew into a trusted leader within our design-build team in Cincinnati. Over the years, he’s taken on complex projects and played a big role in our expansion into Columbus and Indianapolis.

In 2023, Ken relocated to Nashville, bringing with him extensive experience and a deep understanding of our diverse project types. He’s passionate about delivering high-quality results and fostering our company culture, ensuring every project in Middle Tennessee is executed with care and excellence.
