John Bumgarner joined us in 2018 as VP, Design-Build Operations and was promoted to SVP, Business Development in 2021. Currently, as the Cincinnati Market Leader, John is responsible for securing land sites for future development, winning new business, and building exceptional client relationships across Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Columbus, Dayton, and Louisville.
